Hotel Project in Punta del Este
HOTELkonzept has recently signed a new contract to develop a luxurious 60-room hotel in Punta del Este, Uruguay. In cooperation with OMIA LLC, headquartered in Miami, Florida, HOTELkonzept is developing the business plan and concept for a five-star property overlooking the "Laguna del Sauce", a crystaline lagoon near Punta del Este.
ETHNO-LODGES
HOTELkonzept is currently looking for investors for a new ethno-lodge concept in Mallorca, Spain. Utilizing a blend of Mallorcan tradition and luxury, this project will recreate the habitat and craftsmanship of artisans from the early 20th century. The project is located within the Tramuntana mountains and will house twelve luxurious cottages.
